Fahad Khalaf
Director - Nationalisation
Fahad Khalaf (aka Coach Fahad) has over 10 years of People Services experience with a specialization in Nationalization across GCC. He has headed the Emiratisation function for organizations like RAKBANK and Dubai Parks and Resorts. In the past 3 years, Fahad successfully supported over 137 candidates, delivered over 347 training programs, conducted over 87 coaching and mentoring sessions, and increased team performance by 19%. In addition, he is supporting SMEs in operating and scaling business performance through people and strategies. Fahad now joins the HumLog team as Director – Nationalisation to support and advise our clients.
